Founder & Managing Director

Maxi is the founder of Team Dexterity and a key member of its Core Leadership. With years of experience in Esports and a strong background in motorsport and Simracing, he brings structural and competitive direction to the team.

In his strategic, communicative, and operational capacity, Maxi not only shapes Dexterity’s identity in the international digital motorsport scene, but also oversees the team’s day-to-day operations. He is responsible for developing young, talented drivers and understands how to position a team not only competitively, but also socially within the community.
